Happy hunting and other spookable fun

Happy Halloween!!!

We had a VERY excited Zhu-Zhu-Pet, a VERY excited Ariel-Mermaid-Ballerina-Princess and a VERY excited Moo-Cow who screamed that all day through the house, the car, the pumpkin patch, and at the end into every neighbors ear :)

Our last guests of the year have arrived, Anke and her little man Jakob, just in time to have some trick-or-treating fun with us.

On Friday we had a visit from Judy and her Transformer son, who clearly claimed the prize for the best costume in the Bay Area (if not the state). Holly camoly Chris ... this is the BEST costume I have ever seen. I thought the Dragon from last year was amazing but this one blew everything away.
I never got a shot of Jay wearing the full costume but here is L wearing part of it.
This is all hand-made by his dad ... awesome!!!

We then made some spookable lanterns out of mason jars with mod-podge and crepe paper.
Fun-fun-messy fun!

My cute, little, future son-in-law :)
Thanks for coming over Jay-Jay!!! Me missed you very much!

OOOOoooooOOOOOooooOOOO ...

(in a whispering voice)
spoohhhhoookyyyy

And today we had an awesome day with Anke and Jakob, starting with a ...

creepy breakfast

spider-pancake
L said it looked like a smashed spider ... oh well, even creepier :)

After we scarfed down the spiders and jack-o-lanterns we took out our carving knifes and gave our home grown pumpkins some faces .... mushy, squishy, slimy fun

Then it was time to visit Ardenwood's Farms at least once.
We didn't make it to any of our favorite pumpkin patches this year due to the crappy weather,
but with the weather-god being in such a great mood today we took advantage and took the three little people out to have some fun in the sun.

He came, he saw, he sat on it :)

such a poser!!!

Bye-bye, see you again next year!

AND THEN it was finally time for Trick-Or-Treating!!!

My two, cute, little "treaters"

and little Mr. Moo-Cow

Limo-Services were on hand for tired, little moo-moo's

the "handing-out-the candy-crew"

Lots of fun ... and all sugar-babies are now in bed dreaming of candy, candy and more candy ... and hopefully not of scary masks and skeletons!!!
