On my mind ...

What a week it has been ... wait, it's only Tuesday. God, WHAT A WEEK IT HAS BEEN!

Caos and craziness, someBuddy lost some balls, others their mind.
While one wears a cone and wants to spend all day trying to get it off, others wish they had one to shield them from all the crap that is coming their way.

One is losing feathers over feathers, which apparently is completely normal, but having a half naked chicken running around the yard being chased by a ball-less dog wearing a huge cone and trying to lick his behind every 5 seconds can stop you quite suddenly in your tracks.

I have;
A 7 year old laying in bed in tears, telling us "you don't love me anymore", not able to go to sleep for days and very, very out of sorts and upset.
A 5 year old who, despite all our worries, is mastering her way through Kindergarten so very well and even when OTHERS throw rocks in her new way, she juts leaps over them and takes it with a stride.
A 34 year old who is working his butt off and trying to stay in the country while his work is trying so hard to send him to the other end of the world.
A dog with no balls, very wimpy and still trying to steal the shoes off my feet and chasing my chickens through the yard, almost over the fence.
A chicken with no feathers and the other one with multiple personalities.
One cat that hates us all.
And one cat that hates the dog and just looks very sad at me asking me silently WHY THE HECK I had to get another one of these stinky guys.

All in all ... just a bad day.
Let's pray that tomorrow will be better ... it has to be!

So here are just random pictures of random happy moments in our daily lives.

Life is 10%
what happens to you
and 90%
how you react to it.

Spending today complaining about yesterday won't make tomorrow any better.

For every minute you are angry you loose 60 seconds of happiness.

And to my sweet Lillie-Bean;

PLEASE wake up happy and back to your usual, happy, easy-going self.
I miss my happy L!!!

And despite what you said, we do LOVE you more than anything in the world!
You and your sister are our love, our light and our life.
And no matter where you are, what you do and why you do it ... always know that and believe it!
