Merry Christmas and Frohe Weihnachten!

OH WHAT A DAY!!!!

It's 9:00 pm and I finally get to sit and write a few words in my ever so lonely and forgotten blog.
So just pretend it's a few hours earlier and I am just wishing you a wonderful Christmas Day.
...

We especially send VERY warm wishes and greetings to our wonderful H-team.
Last year we spent Christmas in Virginia with Lulu's amazing God Family and I think we all agreed that we had the BEST Christmas ever that year! Naturally today, on this very special day, we miss them oh so much and wish we could be with you guys! Thanks for the skype-date ... it was so good to see you all!

We skyped with the CZ clan in Olds and with Oma and Jule in Germany .... we spent the entire day in front of the PC is seems like.

We miss our auntie Michelle, uncle Bin, Fifi and Aiden and are counting the days until we can have you back here with us for GOOD!!! Merry Christmas guys!!!

We miss Jakob and family (of course). Our little man was with us via skype today and we so wished we could have played with him and look at all of his 1000 pictures he took with his new camera :)

So to all dear to our hearts, may you have a blessed Christmas and a peaceful time with your loved ones.
We surely miss you and we think of all of you!!!

The last few days have been so busy, I never had time to record much of it. Here is a little view into our last few magical moments we had.

Merry Christmas, Frohe Weihnachten and ENJOY!!!

Bags for the cashiers at our Nob Hill (they all know the Ls by name and always hand them stickers. We thought we needed to show them how thankful we are. A big bag of cookies, snacks and ornaments for the Fire Fighters. Every year we bring them some goodies for Christmas. It's the Ls favorite delivery destination!!!
And of course the pictures and ornaments for the elderly.

Finally, L got to see her Jay-Jay again!
Boy was this girl ever happy!!!

the Ls got a Spy-Lesson from Super Spy Jay,
here seen with night-vision-goggles.

Jay-Jay's Angels :)

We then all took off to drive through the Fantasy of Lights in Los Gatos.
A whopping 60 minute wait to drive through ... poor Lulu fell asleep before we even got to pay our entrance fee :(
Papa was committed to taking 100rd's of pictures to show her so she would not be so sad that she missed it.

L got to ride with her BFF and sneaked in a kiss when they had to part.
Sorry Jay, we told her to cut it out but she said
"Mama, I just can't stop myself. I love him too much in my heart!"
Oh boy ... at least she only asked him twice that day if and when he'll marry her ...
So sorry buddy!!!

coolio!!!

Pat was in charge of delivering the goods with the Ls. It's not his forte to hand out pictures made by 3 year olds to 80 year olds in hospital beds but he did it and I am VERY grateful for it! No pictures though ... next time, right Pat?! :) Thanks for bringing the Ls and making these people smile on Christmas Eve!!!

Oh the perks of bringing treats to the Fire Fighters ...

Thank you Fire Fighter Todd!!!

The BIG moment is finally here.
After church the Ls got to open all none-Santa gifts.

The BIG gift bags ... I had found them at a thrift store months ago and planned to decorate, freezer stamp, appliqué the heck out of them  ... as you can see I did a "fantastic" job :(
Next year I hope they'll look better. But the Ls did not care how the bags looked (for some strange reason I don't even think they remember what color they are are:)

The Trash Tree ... it turned more into a home-made tree.
We used lost of salt dough, bottle caps and L made many ornaments in school.

OH ... yes, our Nativity Scenes were very unique this year, Dora as baby Jesus and the fairies as the Three Wise Men, unique horns and snowmen ... we had it all!

Zoe high on Cat-Nip ... Merry Christmas little Devil!

Meow is loving it too!
(Ed was chasing his new toys though the house ... I never even got a pic of him ... poor dork!!!)
