At the mall, looking at a Guess poster board with a young man holding a young woman {with a somewhat sexy face expression] in his arms.

Lulu: Look Jakob, she is sick and he is holding her.
Mama: Why is she sick?
Lulu: She looks in her face like she has the throw-ups. I think she has a tummy ache.
