Holy S ... - they ROCKED it tonight!!!
Tonight was "Elfing" night.
We have been waiting for this for so long!!!
We packed up Flamingo #4, with Elfing instructions and all, the Ls put their Secret Elf attire on and L did "a little" make-up and ...
et voila two Secret Elves in ACTION
I said "lets sneak down the street" and they took it literally "
L crouched down and "sneaked" all they way down the street.
"Huhhh! Whats that?"
They were on pins and needles ... I swear it was too cool!
Here is L walking up to our "victim's house"
She was AMAZING!!!
She, ALL BY HERSELF, walked up the door, laid down "Flamingo", knocked on the door and then came racing through their front yard to hide behind the fence with us.
Lulu is Super-Hiding-Elf!
This kid can curl up to the size of a golf ball :)
BUT ... the door didn't open and we debated what to do when all of a sudden "Super Brave Elf" ran up a second time, knocked, raced and hid.
Still no sign but when I looked up to see if something was coming out the owner of the house was looking through the blinds and stared me right down.
BUMMER - We had been discovered :)
So we walked up and knocked again, all three of us and a somewhat skittish lady opened the door.
We told her that we were "Elfing" her and that the Ls really wanted her Flamingo to have a mate.
Once she saw the Flamingo she was all smiles and invited the Ls to place the new Flamingo lady in her front yard.
She gave hugs and said "That was the sweetest thing ever! Thank you!"
Mission Completion!
We went and celebrated at Fresh Choice,
Elf style :)

What an AMAZING night!
I had so much fun with my two Elves. I can't wait to do it again ... SOON!!!
They are begging to go out alone next time.
Hm ... maybe the next door neighbor and with walkie-talkies :)
